Specification: ≥250 mm × 200 mm, double‑sided adhesive coating, double‑sided with glassine paper; fitted with no less than two hanging mounting holes, flat surface.
The substrate of the insect‑trapping board shall possess adequate strength, hardness and moisture resistance. With double‑sided adhesive coating, the board shall not curl.
Single‑side adhesive thickness: 0.03‑0.05 mm; no adhesive peeling during separation.
Adhesive: Colourless, transparent viscous semi‑solid. No flowing or hardening at 10 ℃‑70 ℃. After 4‑hour storage in a 70 ℃ constant‑temperature chamber, the substrate shows no deformation and the adhesive does not flow.
Quality requirements: A 5 g weight shall be bonded to the sticky board. Lift the board horizontally with the weight hanging vertically downward; the weight shall not fall off freely within 5 minutes. Within 10 ℃‑70 ℃, the substrate shall have no obvious deformation, the adhesive shall neither flow nor harden, and shall not dissolve in water.
Packaging: 20 pieces per pack, 500 pieces per carton. Each carton includes instruction manual and certificate of conformity, and is supplied with no less than 500 rust‑proof cable ties. At least two binding straps shall be fitted on the outer surface of the carton.
The substrate shall meet GB/T 19277.1‑2011 for biodegradability under controlled composting conditions — Determination of the ultimate aerobic biodegradability of materials. The biodegradation rate shall reach ≥70 % within 60 days.
